YOUR BUSINESS.
YOUR REVENUE.
This project is structured to be operated by an LLC and to use your own Stripe account. Forming an LLC and connecting a payout bank are real-world registration and verification steps—not actions the public website can complete by itself.
01 — Establish your legal business
- Check the availability of the name Anime Commerce Overlord through Tennessee business records and trademark clearance.
- Form an LLC if you choose that structure; use the actual registered legal name from the approved documents.
- Obtain the EIN where appropriate and meet applicable business, tax, and licensing obligations.
- Open an eligible business bank account; keep records separate from personal expenses.
Do not describe the business as “Anime Commerce Overlord LLC” until the LLC actually exists under that name.
02 — Configure your Stripe business account
- Create or access a Stripe account under the correct legal business entity.
- Provide Stripe the verified legal name, entity type, business address, required tax information, and representative details.
- Set your eligible payout bank account within Stripe's secure dashboard, never in this website's files.
- Create recurring monthly and annual Stripe Prices matching your subscription tiers: $79/$790, $199/$1,990, $499/$4,990, and $999/$9,990. Enterprise is quoted separately.
- Copy the Stripe Price IDs into Cloudflare Secrets, using the names in the included
.env.example. - Register a Stripe webhook for
https://your-domain/api/stripe-webhookand subscribe to checkout session completion and subscription lifecycle events.
03 — Activate payments only after fulfillment works
- Deploy the site to Cloudflare Pages and set
PUBLIC_SITE_URLto your real origin. - Create a Cloudflare D1 database, apply
database/schema.sql, and bind it to your Pages project asDB. - Install and test merchant account provisioning and subscription-based access control before charging customers.
- Test Stripe Checkout in Stripe's sandbox, successful and failed subscription lifecycle events, cancellations, billing errors, and webhook retries.
- Only after the actual product works, set
FULFILLMENT_READY=trueandBILLING_ENABLED=truein Cloudflare's server-side environment.
A webhook record is not an access-control system. Customers must be authenticated and provisioned before you sell the SaaS service.
Important Shopify billing distinction
This is a standalone web-based SaaS sales site with Stripe checkout integration. Shopify public App Store apps generally must use Shopify App Pricing or the Shopify Billing API for app-related charges. If you distribute your product through the Shopify App Store, review those rules and redesign billing accordingly. This website is not an approved or installed Shopify app.
